"Too expensive, and no one really takes responsibility"
I felt like the prices were high for what you actually get, especially compared to other places selling the same kind of paracord. Once shipping was added, it felt even less worth it. The quality was fine, but nothing that made the higher cost make sense to me. I also got the feeling that if there’s an issue, nobody really takes ownership and you just get bounced around. I probably wouldn’t order again unless the prices come down.

I went in hoping to grab a few specific colors and sizes, but the selection was disappointing. So many of the things I was looking for were either missing or only had like one random option available. If you just need basic paracord, maybe it’s fine, but I was sitting there like, how is this all there is? Make it make sense. Ended up feeling like a waste of time for what I needed.

"Colors didn’t match at all"
I ordered a few paracord colors thinking they’d look like the photos, but nope, not even close. One was supposed to be teal and showed up looking more like a dull green. I get that lighting can make a difference, but whoever handled the product photos really dropped the ball here. I needed it to match for a project, so it was frustrating. Probably won’t order colors from here again

I ordered two different colors, but one of them was wrong, and the length wasn’t right either. I emailed customer service and it took a few days before anyone got back to me. Just frustrating because I only wanted what I actually paid for, and then

"hard to shop on this Site"
Trying to shop on this site was frustrating. Every time I tried to check different colors, the filters would reset, and the pages were loading really slow on my phone.
The checkout part wasn’t much better either. I had to keep going back and forth just to figure out shipping, and after a while I just gave up. They really need to clean up the site because it’s Way more annoying than it should be.

I ordered some paracord, and it seemed to take quite a long time to show up. It wasn’t a huge deal or anything, but the shipping felt slower than I expected. I’m not sure I’d order again because of that.
